Good2Know Hospitality are bespoke bar and recruitment agency based in the south coast of England. Starting out as a pop-up bar concept, they now offer a variety of services from hen do's to cocktail masterclasses.
After discussing what the client was missing from their business we discovered that the current website wasn’t being used to its full potential. Although it was good, it was not optimized for conversions. The issue with their old site was that it had too many stages involved to to book or enquire for an event. My goal for was to streamline this process and do it in as few steps as possible. With lockdown restrictions lifting, they were busier than ever so they also wanted a more organized system for customers to be able to book events. The client was happy to give me creative freedom which made this a really fun project to work on.
